CWSC’s vision is to create an inclusive and supportive surfing community through regular activities and long-term initiatives. Each year, the club facilitates events, including workshops, socials, and community gatherings, to connect members and encourage skill development. Merchandise is offered to raise visibility and funds, while an active social media presence showcases underrepresented communities in surfing.

Long-term, CWSC focuses on helping beginners progress to intermediate levels and organising an annual event that unites Women, LGBTQ+, NB and allied surf groups to strengthen connections. The club also aims to build partnerships with Welsh community groups to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in surfing policies.
