Be empowering to one another both in and out of the waves.
Challenge discriminatory behaviour.
Be welcoming by creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to participate in club events and activities and feel safe to do so.
Prioritise safety and follow surf etiquette in the water.
Be environmentally conscious.
Uphold this Code of Conduct and hold others accountable, reporting misconduct to the committee.
By agreeing to this Code of Conduct, members of Channel Women Surf commit to creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive community for all.
